Kuwait Badminton League (KBL) is the premier and only professional badminton league in Kuwait as on date. Indian Badminton Association Kuwait (IBAK) had conceived the idea of a league in 2015 and coming year it will complete successfully its eighth edition year. KBL is always formed of a six to eight team league and has attained the stature of the biggest and most glamorous badminton league tournament, Kuwait has ever witnessed. Kuwait Danish Diary (KDD) one of the leading FMCG company in Kuwait came forward to support KBL and had been its title sponsor since inception.

IBAK is the only organisation in Kuwait to host a team event of this size and nature for over a decade. Individuals from various badminton clubs register themselves as players who get auctioned into six or eight teams and then the teams compete with each other.
